स्वास्थ्य ही धन है लघु निबंध/भाषण

किसी भी स्थिति में, स्वस्थ मानसिक, शारीरिक और भावनात्मक स्थिति बनाए रखना आवश्यक है, और कोई भी विशेषज्ञ या परामर्शदाता तब तक आपकी मदद नहीं कर सकता जब तक आप जीना नहीं चाहते। आप अकेले हैं जो कभी भी खुद को अलग नहीं होने दे सकते क्योंकि आप पल में जीना चाहते हैं और इसका अधिकतम लाभ उठाना चाहते हैं। स्वस्थ रहने का महत्व हम तेजी से भागती दुनिया में रहते हैं। लोग इंटरनेट की बदौलत सप्ताह के सातों दिन चौबीसों घंटे जुड़े रहते हैं। जैसा कि हम अपने जीवन में सभी के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं को पूरा करने का प्रयास करते हैं, मल्टीटास्किंग दिन का क्रम है। हम अक्सर लड़ाई के बीच अपना ख्याल रखना भूल जाते हैं।

तनाव का स्तर तब तक बढ़ता रहता है जब तक कि एक बड़ा पतन नहीं हो जाता, जिससे हमें पता चलता है कि हमारी सभी उन्मत्त गतिविधियों में, हमने अपने जीवन के एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू की देखभाल करने की उपेक्षा की है: हमारा स्वास्थ्य। हम यह याद रखने के लिए मजबूर हैं कि ‘स्वास्थ्य ही धन है’ जबकि हम अस्पताल और घर के बीच उछलते-कूदते दिन बिताते हैं, अपने शरीर को एक के बाद एक परीक्षण के माध्यम से यह पता लगाने का प्रयास करते हैं कि क्या गलत है। जीवन काफी सीधा हुआ करता था। लोगों ने एक निश्चित समय के लिए काम किया, हर जगह घूमे, घर का बना खाना खाया, घर का काम किया, और एक स्वस्थ कार्य-जीवन संतुलन बनाए रखा। लोग अब वाहन या साइकिल से यात्रा करते हैं, इसलिए वे कम चलते हैं। अधिक काम करने की चाहत के कारण लोग देर रात तक जागते रहते हैं और घर के बने खाने से ज्यादा जंक फूड खाते हैं। घर पर, आधुनिक उपकरणों ने श्रम प्रयास को कम कर दिया है और इस उपकरण पर निर्भरता बढ़ा दी है। लोगों के पास व्यायाम करने या पर्याप्त धूप पाने के लिए भी पर्याप्त समय नहीं है। आजकल लोगों की लाइफस्टाइल बेहद खराब है। मोटापा, मधुमेह, दिल का दौरा, उच्च रक्तचाप और अन्य बीमारियाँ अस्वस्थ रहने की स्थिति के परिणामस्वरूप बढ़ गई हैं। निकट भविष्य में इसके गंभीर परिणाम होंगे। नतीजतन, हमारे रोजगार के साथ-साथ हमारे स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता देना महत्वपूर्ण है। खाने की आदतों में संयम, दैनिक व्यायाम और एक संतुलित कार्य-जीवन सभी हमारे स्वास्थ्य और शरीर की मदद कर सकते हैं। एक व्यक्ति के कर्म और कार्य तब अधिक व्यावहारिक और उचित होते हैं जब वह मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होता है और इस प्रकार वह जीवन में अधिक सफल होता है। इसके अलावा, हमारी शारीरिक भलाई का हमारे व्यक्तित्व पर सीधा प्रभाव पड़ता है। एक स्वस्थ जीवन शैली को बनाए रखने के लिए, आपको यह जांचना होगा कि आपके पास कितना आत्म-नियंत्रण है। शोध के अनुसार, किसी के व्यवहार और दैनिक पैटर्न को बदलना मुश्किल है। आंकड़ों के अनुसार, धूम्रपान, शराब पीने, ड्रग्स लेने या किसी अन्य पदार्थ का उपयोग करने की आदत छोड़ना बेहद कठिन है। एक शोध के अनुसार, धूम्रपान छोड़ने का प्रयास करने वाले 80% धूम्रपान करने वालों में विफल रहे, केवल 46% सफल हुए।

We need to have a good lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, engaging in daily exercise, breathing fresh air and drinking clean water, maintaining excellent posture, getting adequate sleep and relaxation, and keeping ourselves clean in order to preserve good health. If one is unhealthy, one will have problems with their health or other aspects of life.

Health was once defined as “the ability of an organism to function normally”. However, the definition of health has evolved over time. Being healthy does not necessarily mean physical fitness. Rather, it refers to a state of health, including emotional, mental and social stability. Health is the source of true wealth. A healthy body contains key elements that are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Physical health is the first important factor. Physical well-being is the state of having a healthy body free from disease. People tend to live longer when their bodies are healthy.

A balanced diet is the best way to keep your body healthy. Consuming the right amount of nutrients you need gives you better control over your physical health. Regular exercise is the next very important factor. Don't forget to exercise, even for 10 minutes, to keep your body in shape. Eating junk food all the time is not a good idea. Consuming alcohol and smoking is harmful to your health. Finally, make it a daily priority to get enough sleep (7-8 hours) before using your phone. The best recommendation is to put your phone away two hours before bedtime.
